"Journey to Authenticity" Commercials
During the VetPartners 2016 Annual Meeting, the attendees learned about the relationship between Authentic Leadership and the Power of Influence. They were also introduced to the four scales of Authentic Leadership which includes: Self-awareness, Balanced processing, Transparency, and Ethical/moral.
In order to achieve a greater understanding of the material, the attendees engaged in an experiential activity. They gathered into several small groups and were tasked with creating a brief TV commercial that promoted the benefits of taking a "Journey to Authenticity".
