ACCOMODATIONS
Get special rates – starting at $159 – in the VetPartners Midyear Conference room block now. Space in the room block is available to register attendees only.
Register for the conference and book your room early – the VetPartners special rate will only be available through Monday, August 5, 2024. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

Reservation details:
- Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.
- A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block.
- Check in: 3:00pm Check out: 12:00pm
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms.
- Overnight self-parking discount for $15 per night/plus tax for attendees who book within the VetPartners’ room block.
- Based on availability group rates may be available two (2) days pre-event or two (2) days post-event.
- Rooms may be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to confirmed arrival date with a refund.
- Cancellations less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date will be charged a penalty of one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided.
- Reduced Pet Deposit per stay of $75.
Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than VetPartners, Capitol Hill Management Services or the Crowne Plaza that imply or claim an affiliation with the VetPartners 2024 Midyear Conference.
